Our professional engineers will design an inspection program to be compliant with required fire and life safety codes.
Our fire-safety inspection, maintenance and testing programs meet the requirement for the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ), JCAHO accreditation of healthcare facilities and major HPR property insurance carriers.
Each fire-safety item we inspect is backed by a written procedure for proper documentation of the inspection process as required by code. The written procedure and electronic checklist helps eliminate “missed” items.
Our inspection process uses mobile PC devices to identify inspected items using barcode and RFID technology. These tools provide our field technicians with detailed inspection requirements for each individual item inspected.
Our mobile devices collect real-time inspection data including photographs in the field and we have the capability of exchanging data wirelessly. Completed reports are available on-line as soon as the inspection is completed or can be supplied in printed binders to meet our customers’ requirements.
Our reports are designed to specifically comply with NFPA and OSHA standards by maintaining accurate historical records.
On-line reports are permanent electronic records for our clients and save time when compared to maintaining hard copies in multiple binders and file cabinets for up to 5-years. We can also provide hard copies of reports on-site when requested.
